Kuote is designed to keep your quote library private. Zebel OÜ does not operate a Kuote account service, and the app does not send Zebel OÜ your quotes, collections, usage history, analytics, advertising identifiers, or location.
Kuote stores your personal quotes, collections, app preferences, reminder settings, and widget data locally on your Apple devices. Local notifications are scheduled by the operating system. Kuote does not send this information to Zebel OÜ.
Kuote Pro includes optional iCloud sync. It is off by default and begins only after you enable "Sync My Quotes with iCloud" in Kuote. When enabled, personal quotes, collections, favorites, vibe and reminder settings, and author exclusions are stored in your private Apple CloudKit database so they can appear on your devices signed into the same Apple Account. Zebel OÜ does not receive or operate a server copy of that content. Apple processes this data under your iCloud agreement and privacy terms.
Deleting a synced quote removes its text and attribution from the active library and syncs a minimal deletion marker used to prevent another device from restoring it. Turning sync off stops future synchronization but does not itself erase data already stored in iCloud. Deleting the app removes its local data; it does not necessarily remove an iCloud copy. You can manage Kuote's iCloud data through Apple's iCloud controls.
Apple processes Kuote Pro purchases and restores. Kuote reads Apple's verified entitlement status to unlock features. Zebel OÜ does not receive payment-card details.
Kuote contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, or public sharing feed. Standard Apple platform services such as App Store purchases, iCloud, widgets, and notifications are governed by Apple's terms.
If you email support, Zebel OÜ receives your email address, message, and any diagnostic details you choose to include. This information is used only to answer and troubleshoot your request and is retained only as long as needed for support, legal, and abuse-prevention purposes. Do not include private quote text unless it is necessary for your request.
